Organized by China Flower Association, managed by Intex Shanghai Co Ltd and China Great Wall International Exhibition Co Ltd, “the 11th Hortiflorexpo China” will be held from Apr. 1-4, 2009 in Intex Shanghai. Starting from 1998, this exhibition is the largest official trade show in Chinese Floricultural, Horticultural and Garden field. To provide better service, the following free or favorable services are provided to all our distinguished exhibitors, 1. Exhibitors’ brief introduction or product briefing both in English and Chinese will be published on www.hortiflorexpo.com free of charge from May, 2008 to May 2009. (If you are our exhibitors, please send your company briefing both in English and Chinese to intexcl@sh163.net, marking “2009 Hortiflorexpo-company briefing” in the subject.) 2. Exhibitors’ briefing both in English and Chinese will be published free of charge in the Catalogue. (Word limit: The number of all the English and Chinese word shall not be more than 100.) The show catalogue will be published by the publisher of China Flowers & Horticulture. Please send the content to zghhyygg@126.com (with the subject of “Catalogue Registration”) before Mar. 1, 2009. The Organizer will publish quite a few articles in most relative trade and public media to promote not only the exhibition, our exhibitors but also persuade public readers to form into the habit to consume more horticultural products in daily life. If the exhibitor can provide some interesting articles or some useful information, the organizer will have the articles published free of charge. Exhibitors will be listed free of charge in many DM, emails, faxes by the organizer 6. All exhibitors’ websites can be linked with www.hortiflorexpo.com free of charge until May 2009. Please send your banner (126*60pixels) to intexljs@sh163.net and tell us your requirement of the size of our banner in your website. By the way, please mark “2009 Hortiflorexpo- free web link” in the email subject. 7. A show preview both in English and Chinese will be made by the organizer in September in 2006. All the exhibitors which have turned in their Contract for Space will be listed free of charge in this show preview. The show preview will be sent to targeted organizations, companies, institutes, scholars, individuals in USA, Europe, Latin America, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea and China. Its circulation will be around 200000. 8. A badge-scan machine will be provided free of charge to all the exhibitors in Area A. During the show time, no need for you to ask for your visitors name cards. What you have to do is only to scan their badges. And one month after the show, a detailed database of your visitors will be presented to exhibitors in Area A free of Charge. (Other exhibitors who want to obtain the same badge-scan machine can contact with Eastfair Technology Co Ltd on a charge basis.) 9. All the exhibitors which has production bases or factories in Shanghai can contact with the organizer to apply for the Field Visits Point free of charge. If you have the chance to be chosen as a Field Visit Point, you will obtain the following free of charge, a. free advertisement by the organizer in many trade media before the show time b. the organizer will organize professional visitors to visit your factory or production base on Apr. 14, 2009 c. after the exhibition, a detailed feedback from visitors will be provided to you free of charge d. after the exhibition, a detailed contact list of all the visitors of Field Visit will provided to you free of charge. e.
