Dear Exhibitor:
Thank you for your kind participation of the 11th Hortiflorexpo China. In order to help you promote your company image, your products, we will specially organize several routes of field visits on Apr. 3 or Apr. 4, 2009, the last two days of the exhibition.
If you can be chosen as one point of our field visit, you will have chance to win the following free of charge,
1.free exposure of your company or your products on websites and many professional media
2.a team of professional visitors will be arranged to visit your field on Apr. 4, 2009
3.free feedback of visitors after they visit your field
If you can be chosen as one point of our field visit, you will have to do the following,
1.to arrange at least one or two receptionist on the day of Apr. 3 or Apr. 4, 2009. If possible, interpreters of foreign language will be welcome.
2.to provide visitors a free coffee break or a free lunch.
If you have any interest to be one of our field visit point, please fill in the form and send it by fax or email to the organizer before 2 o’clock of Jan. 30, 2009.
Please understand that the organizer will choose field visit points impartially. Since there are quite a few companies would like to turn in their application, the organizer can not promise that every application will be entertained. If due to some reasons, esp. traffic, etc., your company can not be included, the organizer will try to figure out some free or worthy ways to help you to promote your products.
